Why WISE
Economic justice begins where women lead.
Across Surrey and the wider UK, women still face structural barriers in capital, networks and recognition — particularly in mission-led ventures. WISE exists to close that gap with hands-on training, lived-experience mentoring, and unapologetic advocacy.
